Returns will be accepted for wig store credit only and must meet the following criteria:
- The customer must email us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) using the return form provided below.
- Unused item (has not been worn, lace has not been cut and contains all of its original packaging): Is eligible for the purchase price in store credit..
- Used item (has been worn and/or is missing original packaging such as bag, tag, netting or tissue stuffing): is eligible for the purchase price in store credit, minus a 50% restocking fee. The additional fee is to cover our disposal of the opened product.
We will NOT grant store credit if the item consists either of the following:
- The item was styled, cut, washed or altered.
- The item contains an odor such as perfume, smoke, food, sweat, etc.
- The lace of the wig has been cut.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. The package can be sent back to our office via the most affordable shipping method of the customer's choice. Returned wigs will be inspected within 3-5 business days after receiving the item(s). They will be inspected thoroughly by our returns department.
In the event there is a product shipping error or item defect, we offer a 100% refund or exchange. A free return label will be provided for the customer. Email us at email@example.com if you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item. Please send us photo(s) of the wig in the condition it arrived in as well as the tag. This will help us confirm the possible errors.
If the customer received the right item but does not like the color in person, that would be considered as a general return. It does not count as a product error. Monitors may display colors differently depending on the settings.
Purchased in person at a Pish Posh Wigs booth
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in person at the convention where the customer made the purchase from. For example, if the customer purchased an item from a Pish Posh Wigs booth at Anime Expo, all sales will be final once that convention is over. They cannot try to return it for next year's Anime Expo.
Furthermore, the following criteria must be met for returns or exchanges:
- The item is in brand new condition.
- The item has not been worn at all.
- The item has all of its original packaging such as the bag, tag, netting and tissue stuffing.
- The item has not been styled, cut, washed or altered.
- The item is not tangled.
- The item does not contain an odor such as perfume, smoke, food, etc.
The customer may be eligible for a refund if they had originally used a credit card to pay for the item(s) they want to return. Otherwise, exchanging would be the most preferred method.
